Self-priming diesel pump
ZW series self-priming non-clogging sewage pump is a product with a new structure successfully developed on the basis of repeated research on similar technologies at home and abroad.
The pump integrates self-priming and non-blocking sewage discharge. It adopts the axial return and external mixing type. The well passes through the unique design of the pump body and the impeller flow channel, so that it does not need to install the bottom valve and irrigation water like the general self-priming clean water pump. It can also suck and discharge liquids containing large particles of solids and long fibers. It can be widely used in municipal sewage projects, river and pond aquaculture, light industry, papermaking, textiles, food, chemicals, electricity, fibers, pulp and mixed suspension. ZW series use range
1. Ambient temperature ≤50℃, medium temperature ≤80℃, special requirements can reach 200℃.
2. The PH value of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron and 2-13 for stainless steel.
3. The weight of the medium should not exceed 1240kg/m³.
4. The self-suction height should not exceed the specified value of 4.5-5.5 meters, and the total length of the suction pipe should be ≤10 meters.
5. The diameter of the suspended particles is 60% of the diameter of the pump, and the fiber length is 5 times the diameter of the pump.
