Through the special design of the box body and the impeller groove, not only does it not need to be fixed in the bottom valve, but pour in clean water, it can be self-priming normally, and it can also suck and discharge the medium containing large particles, grains and long fibers. It has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, stable operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, long life, and strong self-priming ability. There is no need to install a bottom valve in the pipeline, and it is only necessary to ensure that there is a quantitative lead in the pump body before working. Therefore, the pipeline system is simplified and the labor conditions are improved.

Working principle and structure description

a. There is a liquid storage cavity in the pump body, which is communicated with the working cavity of the pump through the upper return hole and the lower circulation hole, forming an axial return external mixing system of the pump.

b. After the pump stops working, the inner cavity of the pump has stored a certain volume of liquid.

c. When the pump is started, under the action of the impeller, the liquid in the pump flows back to the Gongshenhua working chamber through the grid of the gas-liquid separation tube, and the gas is discharged out of the pump, so that a certain degree of vacuum is formed in the pump. achieve self-absorption.
